Redistricting: It’s Time to Draw the Lines
The public is invited to: “Redistricting: It’s Time to Draw the Lines,” a forum to be held Thursday, June 24, 6-8 p.m. via Zoom.
Panelists include Congresswoman Brenda Lawrence discussing next steps for the Michigan Independent Citizens Redistricting Commission after public hearings end in July.
The focus is on actions Detroiters and residents of Southeastern Michigan can take to ensure their interests are represented during the creation of the new district boundaries that will determine the Congressional and Michigan legislative seats.
