Delta GEMS — Growing and Empowering Myself Successfully — provides high school young ladies with opportunities to grow in leadership, scholarship, service, sisterhood, and college/career readiness.

Minimum Criteria

Reside within the Detroit Alumnae Chapter service area.
Minimum 2.5 GPA.
Entering 9th grade through 12th grade.
Willingness to participate in monthly meetings and program activities.
